10 Must Have Games for the iPad
In no particular order, i enlisted here in mymacbookpro the 10 must have games for the iPad. My basis is playability and fun. So please don’t take it against me if you don’t see your favorite game listed. But, you can air your thoughts and share it to our readers by commenting on this list.
Flight Control HD
Flight Control HD is an updated version of its popular iPhone air traffic control game. You gain points by safely landing a variety of airplanes and helicopters onto their landing pads. The game ends if any of them collides. Firemint, the creator of the game, didn’t just updated its graphics for the iPad, they also add new maps and the new “3D” mode, that looks kick ass if you wear those 3D glasses (not included).

Plants vs Zombies HD
This is probably Popcap Games’ most addicted and popular game, hands down. It’s a huge success in Mac, PC and iPhone, that’s why they decided to bring the game to the iPad as well. It’s still the same tower defense game though, in which you protect your house (and your brains) from zombies by planting the right hostile vegetation in your yard.
Pool Pro Online 3
Pool Pro Online 3 is actually the first installment of the game to come to iOS. Presented to us by Namco, it’s a game that enables you to play – eight-ball, nine-ball and snooker – against computer or other gamers playing from iPads, iPhones, other smartphones and computers, thanks to Namco’s innovative multiplayer feature. You can unlock new tables and environments, ball sets, cue sticks and more as you progress to the game. You’ll definitely like the game’s guide for it really helps you line up your shots, and will be quite surprised on how the balls carom around the table, for the physics that they used are awesomely realistic.

Twin Blades HD
Twin Blades HD is a side-scrolling action game has rich-detailed cartoon-style graphics and animation. Your mission is to save the town from a horde of zombies using weapons cool weaponries like scythe, machine gun, nukes to the name the few. There are bosses also and 10 different stages, and an online score tracking through the popular OpenFeint service. You’ll surely love this game especially if you’re a huge fan of anime.

It’s a game where you and your frieds rule. It’s an online game powered by Plus+, the premier social play network for players on the go that lets you create and customize your own kingdom. It’s a farmville like game where you instruct your citizens to farm, harvest crops, and earn money to build your kingdom. The best thing about this game is you can download it for free.
Foosball HD
It’s foosball fun right in your iPad. The game is very simple, you just give each handle a flick to move your men, and eventually spin, kick the soccer ball across the table pitch and hopefully into the opponent’s goal for a score. There are 6 rods in this game though, compared to eight on the full-sized tables in total, 3 for each team.

Words with Friends HD
Here’s another game from Ngmoco, a Scrabble-style multiplayer crossword game called Words with Friends HD. It’s like playing scrabble virtually against your friends and complete strangers. Easy to play, simple drag-and-drop mechanics, it offers nothing but fun. You an get this game for only 3$.
Need for Speed Shift
Firemint’s Real Racing HD might be more realistic than this game, but gameplay EA’s Need for Speed Shift is more fun to play. Experience what other’s can’t for you get ride the best cars as you race along with your friends or with those nasty computers. You and earn money by winning races, for you to get upgrades or enhancements for your car, or buy new cars. No Online mode, though.

Labyrinth II HD
Labyrinth II HD turns your iPad into a wooden maze board, where you tilt your iPad back and forth to maneuver a steel ball through the maze, avoiding pitfalls. You can also download new levels online if you’re fed up with the game’s default single player and multiplayer levels.

The War of Eustrath HD
This game is a sci-fi SRPG, created for iPad, that features incredible anime-style artwork. You take control of giant robots called “GEARs as you save your small village from Kradion’s attack. There are over 40 units to command, special abilities and upgrades, plus plenty of cutscenes and dialogue to keep the story moving.
